Privacy Policy

This policy explains what information Certified Leadz LLC ("Certified Leadz," "we," "us") collects through certifiedleadz.com, how we use it, and the choices you have. It applies to this website and to the texts, calls and emails we send in response to requests made here.

What we collect

• Information you give us in forms: name, email, phone number, company, website, role, team size, what you're interested in and any message you write.
• How you found us: campaign parameters in the link you followed (such as utm_source or an ad click ID), the page you first landed on, and the referring website. We store this in your browser for up to 90 days so a later form submission can be credited to the right source, and submit it with your form.
• Technical information sent by your browser, such as IP address, device and browser type, recorded by our hosting provider and form processor to deliver the site and filter spam.
• Call and message records if you text or call us, or ask us to contact you: the content of messages, call times, and — only where consent rules are met and you've been told — recordings and transcripts.

How we use it

• To respond to your request, schedule a conversation and follow up about it.
• To send the texts or calls you agreed to, including automated or AI-assisted texts and calls, if you checked the consent box.
• To understand which pages and campaigns bring in real inquiries, and to measure advertising.
• To keep the site secure and to block spam and abuse.

We do not sell your personal information, and we do not share phone numbers or SMS consent with third parties for their own marketing.

Texts and calls

If you check the consent box on a form, you agree that Certified Leadz may call or text the number you provided about your request, including with automated technology and AI-generated or AI-assisted voice or messages. Consent is not a condition of purchase. Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to any text to opt out, or HELP for help. You can also tell us on a call, or email xavier@certifiedleadz.com. Opt-outs are applied immediately.

Service providers

We use trusted providers to run the site and respond to you. They process information on our behalf and only as needed to provide their service:

• Netlify — website hosting, form handling and server functions.
• Google Calendar — appointment scheduling.
• Our CRM and automation tools — to organize and follow up on inquiries.
• Messaging and voice providers (such as Twilio and our AI voice provider) — to send texts and place or answer calls.
• AI model providers — to draft and read messages and summarize conversations within our systems.

Cookies and similar technologies

The site stores a small amount of first-party data in your browser to remember campaign attribution and whether a form was already sent. We do not currently use third-party analytics or advertising cookies. You can block or delete cookies in your browser settings; the site will still work.

Embedded YouTube videos load only when you press play, and use YouTube's privacy-enhanced mode.

How long we keep information

We keep inquiry and conversation records for as long as needed to respond, to maintain our business relationship and to meet legal obligations, and then delete or anonymize them. Opt-out records are kept so we can continue to honor them.

Your choices and rights

You can ask us to access, correct or delete the personal information we hold about you, or to stop contacting you, by emailing xavier@certifiedleadz.com. Depending on where you live, you may have additional rights under state privacy laws; we will respond to verified requests as those laws require.

Security

We use HTTPS across the site, restrict access to lead data to the people who need it, and keep credentials out of the website code. No system is perfectly secure, so please don't send sensitive information such as financial account numbers through our forms.

Children

This site is for businesses and is not directed to children under 13. We don't knowingly collect their information.

Changes

We'll update this page when our practices change and revise the date above.
