Verification pending. This write-up describes what was built and how it works. It contains no performance figures, and it will be updated with measured results once they are verified.

Challenge

Certified Leadz’s own work was spread across separate apps, spreadsheets and chat threads: one for research, one for dialing, one for recruiting, one for proposals. Each worked; none shared a customer record, and nothing tied a sale back to the lead that produced it.

What we built

One operating system for our own company that connects finding prospects, working them, proposals, payment and onboarding, with AI handling the repetitive steps and a named person approving anything that commits the company.

Human involvement

Profile activation, fit labels, dispositions, sending an email (bound to the exact approved content), e-signature confirmation, payment confirmation, merges and deploys all require a named person.

Result

The system is built and tested. It is not in production yet, so we label it built, not live.

What AI Should Not Automate in a Sales Business

Where AI belongs in a sales process and where it doesn't: the decisions we keep human in every system we build, and the rule we use to tell the difference.
